Camping Village del Sole is an accommodation facility on the Cavallino-Treporti coastline that has been managed by the company Campeggio del Sole S.r.l. for over forty years. It is a family-run business which has grown steadily over the years. This has led to a variety of offers capable of satisfying all the needs of our guests. Well aware of the value of the area in which it has grown, nestled in a unique ecosystem between the sea and the lagoon, the Camping Village del Sole has always been fully committed to respecting the environment, people and territory to offer its guests a unique experience.

As part of continuous innovation, the Camping Village del Sole has taken up the project for a sustainable vacation. It has managed to obtain the Global Sustainable Tourism Council's GSTC Hotel Criteria certification during the year 2023, after consulting with a company with expertise in sustainable tourism. The guests of Camping Village del Sole, both Italian and foreign, are at the center of the commitment of all the staff, from the initial welcome, to the timely resolution of problems or complaints. Camping Village del Sole is a member of Assocamping, an association that brings together all the main campsites on the coast. It also participates in a number of projects, including supporting local volunteer associations and local sports associations. In particular, the Company sponsors the Canottieri di Treporti Sports Association, which passes on Voga Veneta and village festivals as a place where tourists can get in touch with local customs and traditions.
Camping Village del Sole is also a member of the Consorzio Parco Turistico, which promotes the beauty of the Cavallino-Treporti area. The staff is committedto helping guests discover these nature and historical attractions, such as Batteria Pisani and the entire Via dei Forti complex, Lio Piccolo and the brand new Via Pordelio bike path. This commitment is carried out by providing information on possible visits and, in the spirit of sustainable mobility, by renting bikes to guests.


Focus on environmental sustainability
Camping Village del Sole is committed to environmental sustainability both through concrete actions and planning improvement projects:

• Preference in choosing certified products and/or relationships with supplier companies with environmental certifications (Ecolabel, FSC, ISO 14001);
• Preference in choosing to purchase local products to promote the local area;
• Respect for the tree stock with constant maintenance and new plants to preserve biodiversity;
• Reduction in water consumption and plans to install rainwater harvesting systems;
• Reduction of waste production, including raising awareness of proper waste sorting among guests;
• Use of energy from renewable sources, resulting in reduced greenhouse gas emissions and plans to expand existing photovoltaic systems.
